What we collect

When you contact us or request a quote, we collect the details you choose to give us: your name, phone number, email address, postcode, any photos you upload and the details of your enquiry. We do not ask for payment details through this website.

How we use it

We use your information only to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote and, if you go ahead, to carry out and manage the work. We do not sell your information to anyone.

Legal basis

We process your information on the basis of taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our services.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and customer information only for as long as we need it to provide our services and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, after which it is deleted.

Your rights

You have the right to ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object to how we use it. To make a request, contact us at [email protected]. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

This website uses only the cookies strictly necessary for it to function. If we add any non-essential cookies in future, we will ask for your consent first.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how the site is used. It does not use cookies, does not follow you across other websites, and cannot identify you. It records only aggregate, anonymous information such as which pages are viewed and how quickly they load. Because nothing personal is collected, no consent banner is needed.

We also count, anonymously, when the call, WhatsApp or quote buttons are used and which page they were used on, so we know which pages are working. This records only the button type, the page and the time. It uses no cookies and stores nothing that can identify you.
